OUR MISSION

Uptime United's mission is to energize, educate, and empower children through our healthy and holistic approach to esports. Our youth club teams are available for elementary, middle, and high school gamers. We have fantastic players, certified professional coaches, custom jerseys, university partners, and a pathway to play at the highest levels. Players also have the opportunity to make friends and learn lessons that last a lifetime!

CLUB HISTORY

Uptime United was established in 2019 in Hanover, MA by Sean Quinn and Tim Schneider; two parents who were looking for a program for their teenage son’s who loved (and were pretty good) at gaming.  Finding a structured program where their kids could make more friends, get real pro-coaching, and play on a team turned out to be a lot tougher than they thought.  Even more difficult was finding a program that had a holistic approach to gaming. Teaching kids game/life balance, exercise, nutrition, and other “life lessons” vs. just grinding to get better.  They searched everywhere but found there wasn’t a team for their kids to join, so they started Uptime United and built Massachusetts premier esports facility, Uptime Esports, where teams can play like professionals.

Uptime United has grown to be the largest youth esports club in the United States, with teams playing in locations across the country.  The club is founded on four core values that are the pillars of the organization; Balance, Positivity, Teamwork, and Respect. These values are the fabric of the esports club and family that has been created. Uptime United was created to dispel old myths about gaming, offering young players who are passionate about esports a chance to join the family, be part of the team and learn about more than just gaming.

Uptime United youth esports teams compete in specific age appropriate titles which include Fortnite, Overwatch, Super Smash, Rocket League, Valorant, Call of Duty, FIFA, NBA2K, Madden, and more.
